Shipments are not made to PO boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.
Deliveries cannot be made to addresses located in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation.
A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been shipped, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.

Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package upon arrival.
If no one is available or missed at the delivery time the customer has to contact UPS or FedEex immediately.

Shipping Liability:
Once the package has been handed over to the designated shipping carrier, Gula World Inc is not liable for any delays, damages, or loss incurred during transit.

If the order was not delivered at the same day, order will not be return to the sender because is illegal and prohibited by State and Federal Regulations
